Shawna holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. As a Nurse Practitioner, Shawna combines traditional and holistic practices to develop personalized treatment plans for her patients. Her comprehensive approach encompasses lifestyle modifications, dietary adjustments, and the use of high-quality supplements and medications when necessary, ensuring care is tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Shawna is committed to educating her patients about their health, empowering them to make informed decisions and take an active role in their care.

Michelle Kerkemeyer has been with Vitalize Health from the very beginning. Although you used to see her running direct patient care, she now is working behind the scenes keeping the office running smoothly. Not only can she can do it all from beginning to end, she always does it with a smile. Michelle is friendly and charismatic and gets to know our patients on an individual basis giving them an experience that is second to none.
